Ingredients

Vegetable Cooking Spray
6 Large Eggs, beaten
1/4 Cup Flour
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1/8 Tsp Salt
1/8 Tsp Pepper
1/2 Tsp Italian Seasoning
1 Cup Skim Milk
1 Cup 2% Cottage Cheese
4 Oz (Tblsp) Light Cream Cheese, cubed
1 Cup Cubed 2% Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray 9x9 inch pan with vegetable cooking spray and set aside.
In a large bowl, beat eggs until frothy. Whisk in flour, baking powder, salt, pepper, seasoning, milk, and cottage cheese. Stir in cubed cheeses.
Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 30 - 35 minutes or until puffed, golden and set.
