Introduction

Delicious and nutritious. I often have half for breakfast and then take the rest to work to drink mid morning. A great snack for kids - nothing bad in here! Delicious and nutritious. Ingredients

    1/2 c vanilla (lite) soy milk, or skim milk
    1/2 c skim milk yogurt
    1 scoop vanilla protein powder
    1T soy nut butter (or peanut butter or almond butter)
    1/2 banana
    1.5 T cocoa powder
    couple cubes of ice (I use frozen bananas and save this step)

    (sometimes I even add 1T of powdered fiber to sneak more nutritional value in)

    BLEND & ENJOY!
