Ingredients

    4 slices reduced calorie wheat bread
    2 sprays canola oil cooking spray
    4 oz deli sliced brown sugar baked ham
    2 slices reduced calorie cheddar cheese
    1 small onion, sliced and separated into rings
    2 tsp yellow mustard
    2 oz hamburger dill chips

Directions

Toast bread. Spray non-stick skillet with cooking spray and sautee onions. Set aside. Spray skillet again and lightly brown ham slices. Spread mustard on 2 slices of toast and top with ham slices. Arrange sauteed onions over remaining 2 slices of bread and top with cheese slices. Place under oven broiler until cheese is melted. Assemble into 2 sandwiches with pickles in the middle.

Makes 2 servings of 1 sandwich each.
