Ingredients

    Dole Classic Coleslaw Mix - 2 bags
    Ramen Noodle pkgs - 2 pouches
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 3 T.
    Apple Cider Vinegar - 6 T.
    Truvia - 3 packets
    Black Pepper - 1/4 t.
    Soy Sauce - 2 T.
    Seasoning Packets from noodles - 2
    Green Onions - 4
    Sliced Almonds - 1/4 c.
    Sunflower seeds - 3 T.

Directions

Mix together the olive oil, cider vinegar, Truvia, pepper, soy sauce and seasoning until dissolved.

Break up Ramen noodles into bite sized pieces and along with almond bake in 350 degree oven for 10 minutes.

Mix slaw mix, Ramen noodles, almonds and seeds in a large bowl. Add dressing, mix and put into the refrigerator to let flavors develop for a couple of hours.

Makes 10 servings about 1 cup each.
