This makes a very tasty salad on lettuce. This makes a very tasty salad on lettuce.
Number of Servings: 4


    1 7oz can of salmon,drained
    1 15.5oz can of kidney beans,drained and rinsed
    2 T. chopped onions
    2T . chopped celery
    1/4 c. light mayonnaise


Drain and flake salmon
Drain and rinse kidney beans
Add onions,celery and mayonnaise and mix well. Can be eaten on a bed of lettuce. Makes 3 servings.
