Ingredients

1 package Birds Eye Steamfresh Fresh Frozen Vegetables
1 lb 96% lean ground beef
1 can Campbells 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom soup
1/4 cup water mixed with soup
1 1/4 tsp Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb Seasoning
3 medium potatoes, sliced thin
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Brown ground beef in skillet. Add Mrs. Dash.
3. Spray 11 x 9 casserole dish with non-stick spray.
4. While beef is browning, peel and slice potatoes as thin as possible.
5. Layer 1/2 of the potatoes, vegetables and beef in casserole dish. Top with 1/2 soup mix.
6. Layer rest of potatoes, vegetables and beef in casserole dish. Top with rest of soup mix.
7. Cover casserole dish with aluminum foil and place in oven for 1 hour.
