Ingredients

    Smart Balance Canola/Olive Oil Omega 3, 1/2 cup
    Nakano Italian flavored vinegar, 1/4 cup
    Onion, 1/2 cup diced
    Yellow Pepper, 1 whole, chopped
    Red Pepper, 1 whole, chopped
    Cucumber, 1 whole, chopped

Directions

Boil pasta and drain. Chop veggies while cooking pasta. Add veggies with rinsed and drained pasta. Add oil, vinegar, and whatever seasonings you like to taste. Chill for 2-3 hours. Serve.
