Ingredients

1 egg
3 cherry tomatoes
6 leaves of spinach
Directions
Makes 1 serving.
Get out ingredients, a frying pan (w/ top), a spatula, a small glass of water, and a plate.
Put a frying pan over the stove.
Turn the stove on to medium heat.
Crack the egg and pour it into the pan (be careful not to break the yolk).
Cut the tomatoes into quarters and tear the spinach leaves into smaller pieces.
Sprinkle the tomato and spinach pieces over the egg so they begin to cook also.
Once the top of the egg white begins to bubble a tiny bit, pour a splash of water in the pan and quickly put the top on the pan.
Let the steam cook the rest of the egg until the yolk of the egg is white.
Take the top off the pan, letting the steam escape, and use the spatula to your plate.
Eat and enjoy!!!
