Ingredients

olive oil, minced garlic, Frank's RedHot Chile 'N Lime Hot Sauce, orange juice, orange zest, minced cilantro, chili powder, oregano leaves, pork loin chops, sour cream, oranges, apples, red onion, chopped cilantro
Directions
Pork
1. Saute' garlic in hot oil; cool. Slowly stir in 1/2 cup of Chile 'n Lime sauce, orange juice, zest, 1/4 cup minced cilantro, chili powder and oregano. Reserve 1/4 cup marinade.
2. Place pork into re-sealable plastic food storage bags. Pour remaining marinade over pork. Seal bag; marinate in refrigerator 1 to 3 hours. Combine remaining marinade with sour cream; set aside in refrigerator.
3. Grill pork over medium-high direct heat for 30 minutes until no longer pink in the center (155F). Slice pork and drizzle with spicy sour cream. Serve with Orange-Apple Salsa (below).

Combine oranges, apples, chopped red onion, chopped cilantro, and Chile 'n Lime Hot Sauce in a bowl; chill until ready to serve.
