Also uses gluten free pasta. Also uses gluten free pasta.

Ingredients

    1 Cup TVP
    1 package of Pasta I used corn pasta (gluten free)
    1 bottle of Barilla Tomatoe and Basil Sauce
    1 can Italian Seasoned Diced Tomatoes
    1-2 tbsp of Adobo light
    1-2 tbsp of Italian seasoning
    1/4 of chopped garlic
    Additional seasonings as desired.

Directions

Reconstitute TVP according to directions.
Fry TVP w/ adobo, garlic. Add Sauce, add Italian seasoning simmer covered. Boil macaroni, drain. Mix it all together and serve.

Can cut out alot of the sodium by cutting adobo.
Make 8 -0.5 cup servings
