Ingredients

    4 cups rolled regular oats
    4 cups puffed Kamut or wheat
    4 scoops (2 Tbsp. each) ground flax seeds
    1/2 cups wheat bran
    1 cup whole pecans broken up
    1/2 cup whole almonds
    1/4 cup sunflower raw kernels
    10 oz. apple juice concentrate

Directions

Serving size 32 - 1/2 cup servings
Combine in a large bowl all dry ingredients.
Drizzle apple juice concentrate over dry ingredients and mix well.
Bake 300 degree for 60 to 90 min. Stir every 30 minutes.
