Introduction

Just like Lara bars but homemade. Just like Lara bars but homemade.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Walnuts, 1 cup ground
    Dates, 20
    Raisins, 1/2 cup packed

Directions

Grind one cup of walnuts in food processor. Remove nuts and put 20 dates in processor bowl. Process. Then put walnuts back in processor bowl along with 1/2 cup packed raisins. Process. Use muffin pain to divide into 6 equal servings. Then form into logs. I refrigerated mine but don't think it would be necessary. I am going to try other varieties of mixtures such as almonds, pecans, and other dried fruits.
