Introduction

This receipe is quick, easy and not too bad in calories. We choose pepperoni, but you can really get creative with it. We are going to use ours as a lunch during the week. Spices up the old everyday lunchmeat sandwich. Adding veggies will make it quite hearty. This receipe is quick, easy and not too bad in calories. Ingredients

    10 oz Pizza Dough, cut into eights
    1 Tbs Mozzerella Cheese, per piece
    .5 Tbs Pizza Sauce, per piece
    3 slice pepperoni, per piece

Directions

Roll out dough and cut into eights. Make sure you flour your working surface. Next place sauce, cheese, and toppings of choice on half of your cut out piece. Then bring the other side over to meet the edge of the side with toppings. Using a fork, crimp the edges. Place on a non-greased baking sheet. Preheat oven to 350 degress and cook 12-15 minutes.
