    Whole Wheat Pasta
    Taco Seasoning
    Parmesan Cheese

Boil water, cook pasta.
While pasta is cooking, dice vegetables and chicken. Put on plate. Sprinkle with taco seasoning and seasoning salt.

Put olive oil, butter, and water in pan. Stir. Place the vegetable and chicken mix in pan. Stir occasionally. Once the veggies are firm and the liquid is nearly gone, put the pasta into the mix. Cook until liquid is gone. Pour onto plate and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Serving size: 1

Note: You do not need to use these exact vegetables. Sometimes I put in mushrooms, cilantro, canned diced tomatoes or even cucumbers.
