Introduction

Great for when you want to put a little spice into your supper. Great for when you want to put a little spice into your supper.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    Chicken
    Whole Wheat Pasta
    Carrots
    Taco Seasoning
    Parmesan Cheese

Directions

Boil water, cook pasta.
While pasta is cooking, dice vegetables and chicken. Put on plate. Sprinkle with taco seasoning and seasoning salt.

Put olive oil, butter, and water in pan. Stir. Place the vegetable and chicken mix in pan. Stir occasionally. Once the veggies are firm and the liquid is nearly gone, put the pasta into the mix. Cook until liquid is gone. Pour onto plate and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Note: You do not need to use these exact vegetables. Sometimes I put in mushrooms, cilantro, canned diced tomatoes or even cucumbers.
