Ingredients

    4oz Imitation Crab Meat
    1/4 of a large beefsteak tomato chopped fine
    Thick slice of a sweet onion chopped fine
    2oz of Reduced fat Feta cheese
    1 TBL of Reduced Fat Hellman's
    2-3 TBL of Fat free Greek style yogurt (or plain yogurt
    1tsp of Old Bay Seasoning

Directions

Combine ingredients and let marinate in refrigerator for a few hours. This is NOT a sweet, slimy seafood salad found on buffets. This is tangy and tasty.
