Introduction

Like I said, it is sex in a bowl. You want this breakfast, trust me! Like I said, it is sex in a bowl. You want this breakfast, trust me!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/2 cup Old Fashioned Oats
    1/2 cup Skim milk
    1 Banana (sliced)
    8 raisins
    6 Almonds
    1 tbsp Flaxseed
    1 tbsp Greek yogurt(non fat)

Directions

At night, throw everything in a bowl except the yogurt. Stir well, so the milk is covering everything. Keep it in the refrigerator overnight.

In the morning (or well, after min. 4-5 hours), mix the yogurt in and enjoy. You don't need to add any other sweetener to this at all. The banana and raisins soaked in the milk overnight make it pretty sweet.

The ingredients can be altered if you are looking for a low calorie option. For eg., half the amount of flaxseed, or none at all etc.

Makes two servings for light breakfast eaters, 1 for people who prefer eating a big breakfast. I eat a third of it before I workout and rest after.
