Ingredients

    1 can Eden Foods Black Soy Beans
    2 tbsp sun dried tomatoes packed in oil
    1-3 tbsp liquid aminos or low sodium soy sauce (to taste)
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 tsp onion powder
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp red wine vinegar
    1 tsp sriracha sauce
    1-2 tbsp bbq sauce
    1/4 cup of bread crumbs

Directions

Puree beans, tomatoes, aminos, a little water, liquid ingrediatns and seasonings until choppy. Add breadcrumbs and mix until dry consistency. Shape into patties and cook on stove top or broil for 3-4 minutes each side. Makes 5 burgers (1/4 cup measure for each)
