Introduction

I'm always looking for delicious fruit smoothies to make in the morning for breakfast-on-the-go. This is also a great post-workout treat. You may choose to omit the protein powder if you don't want it... or add vanilla extract and a packet of Splenda instead. Ingredients

    1/2 cup soymilk or ricemilk
    1/2 scoop protein powder (I use Vanilla Isopure - it's Lactose-free) --or-- 1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 banana
    1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
    crushed ice
    1 packet Splenda (optional)

Directions

Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor with ice...
