Introduction
These cookies are similar to the store bought digestives, they are mildly sweet, hearty, and have a great, crumbly texture. Once cooled you can dip one side in melted chocolate to make chocolate digestives, although they are also delicious without it. They are lovely accompanied by a cup of tea.
