Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    10-15 baby carrots (chopped)
    3 medium potatoes (chopped)
    1 1/2 to 2 lbs beef (cubed)
    2 cups water
    1/2 tsp minced garlic
    1/2 tbsp salt
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    1 tsp paprika
    onion powder to taste (approx 2 tsp)
    3/4 to 1 cup frozen peas

Directions

Put ingredients in crockpot in order listed. Stir only enough to mix spices.

On high takes 5-6 hours
On low takes 10-12 hours

Best when made at least 6 hours prior to eating.
