Introduction

The best salsa ever!! The best salsa ever!!
Number of Servings: 50

Ingredients

((This is my stepmother's recipe and you can add as many or as few of each of the ingredients that you want. I've never had a bad batch and I've made it several different ways.))

    2 large cucumbers
    4 Tomatillos
    2 cans diced tomatoes
2 Jalapeno Peppers (can be seeded or not!)
    1 Green Bell Pepper
    1 Med. Onions
    1 large bunch Cilantro,
    2 Garlic Cloves
    1/2 bunch Parsley
    1/4 Salt to taste
    1/4 Pepperto taste
    1 Tbsp Sugar approx
    1 Tbsp Olive Oil approx
    1 Tbsp Vinegar approx

Directions

Chop all veggies, garlic, cilantro and parsley.
Mix well with sugar, oil, salt, pepper and vinegar.
((You can stop here, but I usually run it through a few pulses of the food processor because we like the less chunky salsa))
Have fun with it and change it up, you can't ruin it!!

Oh, I usually get about 3 1/2 - 24oz jars out of it and it lasts a couple of weeks around here :)
