Ingredients

1 pnd hamburger, browned
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 shallot, diced
1 bag fresh baby spinach
8 lasagna noodles
1 jar spagetti sauce
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup mozarella
1 cup parmesan cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Fix lasagna noodles according to package and set aside to cool.
Brown hamburger, drain put in mixing bowl.
In skillet brown garlic and shallots then add spinach. Saute until spinach is cooked. Add to mixing bowl with hamburger.
Mix ricotta, parmesan and 1/2 cup mozarella cheeses.
Spoon meat mixture then cheese mixutre evenly amongst the eight noodles. Roll noodles and lay in shallow baking dish seam side down. Cover with spagetti sauce, top with remaining mozarella cheese and bake 30 minutes at 350.
