Delicious raw tacos. Easy to make and very refreshing. Delicious raw tacos. Easy to make and very refreshing.

    3 avocados
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    1 large red onion
    1/4 cup parsley
    1 1/2 tsp cumin
    2 cloves garlic
    1 cup soaked sun-dried tomatoes
    1 jalapeno
    1 1/2 tsp sea salt
    Romaine Lettuce Leaves


Cut avacados into chunks and pour lemon juice over it. Chop onion in food processor then add parsley, cumin, garlic, tomatoes, jalapeno, and salt. Process until smooth and creamy. Wrap avacados with creamy mixture in a lettuce leaf. Enjoy!

  • The onion and jalapeno tastes are way too strong. The lettuce leaves kept breaking when I tried to wrap the filling in them. I ended up cutting up the lettuce and mixing it all together like a salad. - 10/3/09
