Introduction

A healthy and light side dish with a crunchy texture and a light tangy dressing. A healthy and light side dish with a crunchy texture and a light tangy dressing.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 lb fresh green beans
    1/4 cup olive oil
    2-3 cloves garlic
    2 tsp Dijon mustard
    1/3 cup walnuts, chopped
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Steam green beans. While steaming, saute garlic in olive oil one minute in skillet. Add walnuts and mustard and cook another two minutes until nuts are toasted. Pour over green beans and serve. Salt and pepper to taste.
Serves 6 - 4 oz portions
