Ingredients

Pasta:
8 oz. Country Pasta Homemade Style Egg Pasta
Sauce:
16 oz Extra Lean Ground Beef (96% lean, 4% fat)
0.5 cup water
1 cup chopped raw onions
2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
3 tsp worchestershire sauce
0.25 tsp black pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cup fat free plain yogurt
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder (not salt)
1 tsp onion powder (not salt)
1 pasta pan, 1 frying pan
Directions
Pasta:
Boil pasta according to manufacturer's directions. This style of pasta generally takes 20-30 minutes to cook.
Sauce:
In the meantime, saute 16 oz extra lean ground beef in 1 cup of water until nearly brown.
Add in 1 cup chopped raw onions and 2 cups chopped fresh mushrooms. Saute until meat is brown and onions and mushrooms are nearly done.
Add in 3 tsp worchestershire sauce, 0.25 tsp black pepper and simmer until noodles are done.
Add 1 cup fat free yogurt , 1 tsp onion powder (not salt), 1 tsp garlic powder (not salt), and 1 tsp salt to hamburger mixture and simmer until warm.
Serving Suggestions:
Either combine pasta with sauce or serve sauce poured separately over the noodles. I sometimes garnish with a little fresh parsley and parmesan.
