Ingredients

    8 oz. crab meat
    2 to 4 tablespoons Walden Farms (zero calorie) Balsamic Vinegrette
    2 cups chopped celery
    1/4 cup chopped red onion
    1 teaspoon oregano
    2 medium tomatoes
    salt, pepper, crushed red chilies, more oregano

Directions

Combine the crab with the salad dressing and 1 teaspoon of oregano. Let marinate while you chop the celery and onion. Add the celery and onion.

Ring the edges of two salad plates with half slices of tomato. Sprinkle with oregano. Mound the crab salad in the center of the tomato slices.

If you wish sprinkle with salt, pepper, crushed red chilies, and more oregano
