Introduction

Great with any flavor jello sugar free pudding! Use vanilla sugar free pudding mix to make a creamy filling very similar to chocolate eclair filling. Especially good with graham crackers as a dessert. Use cheesecake flavor for a more decadent dessert.

Ingredients

    Cool Whip lite, 8 oz tub
    Skim Milk 8 oz
    Jello Sugar Free pudding chocolate flavor (some varieties have different nutritional values

Directions

Mix cold milk and pudding mix together til it starts to firm up. Fold in thawed cool whip, try not to beat too much. Keep it as light as possible. Split into 6 servings for a little over 100 calories. Makes a wonderful rich and creamy alternative to mousse and cheesecake.
