Introduction

These are peanut butter balls that I grew up on. These are peanut butter balls that I grew up on.
Number of Servings: 25

Ingredients

1 cup peanut butter (I use Smart Balance or all-natural type without high fructose corn syrup or partially hydrogenated oils)
½ cup each of raisins and non-fat dry milk powder
¼ cup each of sunflower seeds, sesame seeds and unsweetened shredded coconut if you like
    ¼ cup honey

Directions

Mix together, roll in one-inch balls, refrigerate. Makes about 25 balls.

I have also added mini chocolate or carob chips and M&M’s. You can add or leave out seeds, chips or dried fruit to your liking and also honey to your desired sweetness.

I've heard of some people adding protein powder, flax seed, wheat germ, oats. There are lots of variations.

These were really good! I remember them from when I was a kid. I left the raisins out and used mini chocolate chips - 8/11/10
