Delicious tossed with 8 cups cabbage, 1 cup shredded carrots, 5 thinly sliced radishes, and 1/2 cup of diced zucchini. Be creative! Ingredients

    2 T peanut butter (smooth or chunky)
    4 T rice vinegar
    3 T soy sauce
    2 T Splenda
    2 t minced ginger
    1 clove garlic
    1 T chili garlic sauce (optional--use to your personal heat level)

Directions

Blend all until smooth. Toss and serve. Even delicious after sitting awhile.
