Ingredients

* Lettuce, red leaf (salad), 1 head - cleaned & separated
* *Butterball Turkey Bacon - Smoked Cured Drk & Wht Turkey (1 slice), 4 serving
* *Splenda, 1 tsp
* Cider Vinegar, 2 tbsp
* Scallions, raw, 1 large
* Egg white, 2 serving / 2 hard boiled eggs with the yolks discarded. Dice the white and add before serving.
Directions
Start turkey- bacon in a cold skillet over medium heat. Brown.
Add sliced scallion with bacon to cook until crisp-tender.
Remove from pan and drain on paper towel.
If pan has too much grease, wipe with paper towel. Break up the bacon into small bits.
Mix Vinegar & Splenda in small bowl. If need to, may add some water.
Have clean, separated red leaf lettuce in bowl & sprinkle with the vinegar and Splenda mixture. Toss, then add to hot pan and turn over a couple times to wilt - few minutes only. Sprinkle the bacon & onion mixture.
Place in serving bowl.
Add diced hard boiled egg whites before serving.
