Ingredients

1/4 cup flour
1/4 tsp pepper, divided
12 oz top sirloin, cut into bite sized pieces
2 tbsp canola oil
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 garlic clove, minced
1 cup beef broth (or sub with chicken broth or veggie broth)
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup sour cream
3 cups yolk free egg noodles
Directions
In a large zipper bag, combine flour and 1/8 tsp pepper. Add beef, a few pieces at a time and shake to coat.
Heat large nonstick skillet to medium-high and add oil. Cook beef in batches until done. Remove and keep warm.
In the same skillet, saute mushrooms and onions in the beef drippings. Cook until tender. Add garlic and cook 1 more minute. Remove and add to beef, keeping warm.
Mix cornstarch and broth in the skillet. Bring to boil, whisking. Cook until thickened.
Add the beef and veggies, salt and remaining 1/8 tsp pepper. Heat through.
Remove from heat and add sour cream. Heat through but don't allow it to boil.
Serve with cooked egg noodles
