Introduction

Ingredients
-
16 oz Salmon without skin
1 tsp Black Pepper, Ground
0.5 tsp Olive Oil
Directions
1. Rinse clean Salmon Fillet
2. Rub the Olive Oil onto the Salmon Fillet
3. Apply 1 tsp of ground Black Pepper to Salmon Fillet
4. Place a rack over an oven proof tray & then place Salmon on rack.
5. Cook Salmon in 350 degree preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
20 minutes is the estimated cooking time and will largely depend on the thickness of your Salmon Fillet. If it is on the thin side, will need less time and thick will need more time.
Cook to your preferences. You can also use flavored oils to rub onto your Salmon Fillet. I use very little oil because Salmon is an oily fish. Salt according to your preferences. Do not overcook the Salmon.
Makes 4 servings of about 4 ozs each
