Number of Servings: 8


    2/3 c wheat flour
    1/2 c white (I used all wheat)
    1/2 c quick oats
    1 T brown sugar
    1 t baking powder
    1 very ripe banana
    1 c milk, skim


Mix all ingredients together and fry in skillet. Makes about 8 pancakes.

    Vegans don't use skim milk. I'm sure soy or almond milk would work. - 8/7/10
