Ingredients

    mix together 2 eggs, 2 TBS milk, 1/4 c oats, salt, pepper and cayenne to taste.
    spray pan with cooking spray, add eggs and scramble
    top with shredded cheese.
    Great for a to go breakfast. Heats up well when you get to work if you don't cook it completely done.

Directions

a great way to get your oatmeal if you don't like it!
