Ingredients

    4C Mixed Green Salad
    1 Apple (granny smith) sliced thin
    1/3C Raisins (or craisins, or whatever)
    1/8C Sliced almonds

    1/4C Basalmic Vinegar
    2Tbsp Honey (warmed)
    1/8tsp Pepper
    1/4tsp Salt

Directions

Mix the salad greens, sliced apple, sliced almonds and raisins in large bowl. Set aside.

Mix dressing: vinegar, warmed honey, salt & pepper.
Pour immediately over salad, toss and serve.
