Introduction
Wow! I modified this recipe from Hungry Girl Apples & Oatmeal because I had a bunch of peaches going bad in my fridge. Awesome. So good it could be a dessert instead of breakfast! Wow! Ingredients

6 peaches, pitted and diced (large chunks)
1.5 c old fashioned oats
1 c Almond Breeze, Unsweetened Vanilla
1 t cinnamon
1/2 cup brown sugar (not packed)
1/2 t salt
1 T butter
Directions
Add all the ingredients except the butter to the slow cooker and cook on low 5 hours or high 2 hours. When done, stir in the butter (DO NOT SKIP THIS). Makes approx 6- 1 cup servings,if you can restrain yourself.
