This is a yummy way to get the most stubborn broccolli hater to eat broccolli and LOVE it !!! I should know because I wouldn't touch broccolli with a ten foot pole and now I LOVE it !!!! Ingredients

    large bunch broccolli (you may want two bunches depending on the size sense you are using only the "flowers" however the rest of the broccolli need not be wasted, but can finely cut for use in potatoe or macaroni or tuna salad in place of or beside of celery; in broccolli slaw; or in stir fry),one cup finely shredded cheddar cheese, bacon( the recipe I was given calls for a pound but I find a half pound or 6 slices is plenty also I have tried turkey but find the flavor of regular bacon is worth the extra calories), one cup of green grapes cut in half or almonds or raisins, one cup light mayo or miracle whip, one half cup Splenda or sugar and several teaspoons vinegar.

Directions

Cut the broccolli into "flowers" and add the other items. Cook the bacon until crisp drain away the fat and cut into bite size pieces.Add bacon to salad. In smaller bowl measure mayo, Splenda, and vinegar stir completely and pour over rest of salad and referate. One serving is about one cup.
