Ingredients

    Courgette 500 grams
    Onions, raw, 100 grams
    Dried Herbs 1 tsp
    Canola Oil, 1 1tsp
    Vegemite, 5 grams
    Egg, fresh, 2 large
    Cheddar Cheese, 50 grams
    Plain Porridge Oats 50 gram
    Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat, 200 grams
    Black pepper

Directions

Fry cubed courgettes with onions until translucent.

Blend cottage cheese with eggs and vegemite.

Place vegetables into a baking dish and pour over egg mixture.

Mix grated cheddar with oats, herbs and pepper and spinkle over the top.

Bake for 30 mins at 190'C until egg is set.
