Ingredients

    Ground Turkey Breast (1lb), 32 oz (remove)
    Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 1 cup (remove)
    Beans, red kidney, 1 cup (remove)
    Carrots, raw, .5 small (5-1/2" long) (remove)
    Celery, raw, .5 cup, diced (remove)
    *Green Chili Peppers, canned, .25 cup (remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips (remove)
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)
    *Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 1 cup (remove)
    **Taco Bell Taco Sauce, Mild, 6 tbsp (remove)
    Sea salt
    SEASONINGS - start with 1TB of each & add moer if desired
    Cumin
    Chili powder
    Oregano
    Dash of Coriander
    10-15 drops of hot sauce (more if desired)
    0% greek yogurt (to top off)

Directions

SPray soup pot with olive oil cooking spray. Cook ground turkey until no longer pink. Remove turkey. Spray pan again, and add celery, peppers, onions, carrots & saute until slightly browned. Add canned beans, tomatoes, diced chili peppers (can), taco sauce & seasonings. SImmer on low for 20 minutes.
