My version of a Rachael Ray recipe My version of a Rachael Ray recipe
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 pound extra lean ground beef (96/4)
    1 cup diced green bell pepper
    1 cup diced onion
    1 egg
    1 meatloaf seasoning packet
    1/4 cup BBQ Sauce, I use Kraft Honey BBQ

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and fill each muffin tin to the top. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. optional: Add some BBQ sauce on the top of each 'muffin' and bake and additional 5 minutes

Makes 10 'muffins'
