Introduction

Ingredients

    3 cups macaroni, small shells
    2 oz reduced fat Colby Jack cheese, cut into small chunks
    8 oz frozen, chopped broccoli
    1 15 oz can of tomatoes
    2 turkey franks
    about 2 Tbsp milk
    Garlic powder to taste
    Pepper to taste
    Italian spices if desired

Directions

Cook macaroni according to package. Add in broccoli at the last minute to let it defrost and heat up. While that's cooking, chop franks into bite size pieces and set aside. Drain noodles and broccoli. Return to pan and add in cheese, stirring occasionally until cheese is melted. Add milk. Drain and add tomatoes. Add in diced franks and stir to combine.

Makes about 6 one cup servings.
