Introduction

In a medium sized bowl, mix dry ingredients. In a large bowl, beat milk, yogurt, oil, eggs and brown sugar. Add dry ingredients to liquid ingredients, blending until no lumps appear. Let stand 15 minutes before cooking. Drop batter on preheated pan. Cook until surface is dry and bubble, then flip to cook other side. In a medium sized bowl, mix dry ingredients.
