Introduction

Healthy, full of anti-oxidants, fiber, omega-3, and yummy goodness! Healthy, full of anti-oxidants, fiber, omega-3, and yummy goodness!

Ingredients

    1/2 cup Nonfat milk
    1/2 cup Frozen mixed berries
    1/4 cup Frozen tropical fruit mix
    1 tbsp Flax seed meal
    1/2 tbsp honey

Directions

Put frozen fruit, milk, and honey into the mixer and blend well. To thicken, add ice to thicken. Add Flax meal later and blend again (it is easier to blend if addedt later). Makes about 8oz 1 serving.
