Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    Boiled Pork Chop, trim fat, 1 serving (about 4 oz.)
    Garlic powder, 1 tsp (or to taste)
    Onion powder, 1 tsp (or to taste)
    Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend, 1 tsp (or to taste)
    Rosemary, dried, 1 tsp (or to taste)
    1-2 cups tap water

Directions

Pre-Wash and pat dry pork chop, trim excess fat.
Sprinkle seasonings into heated skillet.
As seasonings begin to brown, add pork chops and sear the seasonings into the meat. Turn meat over.
Add 1 cup water before seasonings start to burn. Cover.
Let cook on medium heat for 5 - 10 mins, turning frequently, add more water if needed. Cover. Cook
Be sure to cook thoroughly but just until done.
Use a knife and cut into thickest part of chop to see if it's white, NOT pink. When done, remove from heat leaving to sit in water until side dishes are done.
Can use water for gravy making or simply cook spinach, rice, corn or some other side dish you enjoy!
