Ingredients

    1 cup flour
    1 cup yellow corn meal
    2 tblsp egg beaters
    1 tblsp fat free sour cream
    2 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 can cream style corn
    3 jalapeno peppers chopped
    1 tsp salt

Directions

Mix all ingredients and bake in 450 degree oven for approx. 30 minutes. Makes 9 servings or more.
