Ingredients

    *3 oranges
    *15 cherries
    *1 Mango
    *1 banana, sliced (frozen)
    *Strawberries, sliced (frozen)
    *1 tbsp. flax meal

Directions

1. Peel and cut the oranges.
2. Pit the cherries.
3. Peel and cut the mango.
4. Places the oranges and cherries in your juicer. Yields about one cup of juice.
5. Pour the fresh juice into the blender. Add the mango and blend.
6. Add the frozen banana and frozen strawberries and blend.
7. Add the flax meal and blend.
8. Pour and enjoy!
