Ingredients

    Ground beef, lean, 12 oz
    *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 8 oz

    Pureed Tomatoes, 1 can (29 oz)
    Canned Tomatoes, 2 can
    *Hunt's Spaghetti Sauce (Garlic&Herb) (3 cans)
    Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp
    Oregano, ground, .5 tbsp
    Garlic powder, .75 tbsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp

    *Skinner "Oven Ready" Lasagna Noodles, 16 oz
    *Part skim milk riccotta cheese, 12 serving (remove)
    Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 16 oz (remove)

Directions

In a large sauce pan, over medium high heat, crumble and cook ground beef and turkey. Drain and rinse meat to remove excess fat. Add Spaghetti sauce, tomato puree, diced tomatoes and spices. Cook over medium heat for about 15 minutes.

Heat oven to 375, In a large casserole pan ladle sauce into the bottom, spread 3 -5 noodles with riccotta cheese and make a single layer in the pan, top with more sauce, and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Add additional layers of noodles with riccotta, sauce and mozzarella until pan is full. Bake at 375 for 30 to 45 minutes until brown and bubbly.
