Ingredients

    2 containers firm or extra firm tofu, pressed and cubed
    1 1/2 cups ketchup
    3 tbsp brown sugar
    2 tbsp soy sauce
    1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
    1 tbsp red pepper flakes
    1/2 tsp garlic powder

Directions

Combine all ingredients in crock pot. Cook on low 5-6 hours.
