Ingredients

    2 tsp olive oil
    16 oz boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 1/2-inch strips
    1 cup onion, sliced
    1 cup bell pepper, sliced
    1 teaspoon chili powder
    2 tablespoons lime juice

    Serve with (these items not calculated) :
    (8 to 10-inch) whole wheat tortillas
    shredded lettuce
    tomato, chopped
    salsa
    sliced avacado or homemade quacamole

Directions

Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add chicken, onion and bell pepper; cook and stir 8 to 10 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Stir in chili powder and lime juice.

To prepare Fajitas:
Spoon about 1/2 cup chicken mixture down center of each tortilla. Top each with lettuce, tomato, salsa and guacamole; roll up.
Serves 6.

    Incredible!
    Great quick simple recipe that uses ingredients in most pantry's. I did add yellow and red peppers and extra onions because I love the veggies. I was out of tortillas but had pita pockets thins and it was great with some fresh pico. This recipe is a keeper. - 9/9/15
