Ingredients

    1 of each, green, red, orange, and red peppers
    2 onions
    6 medium bella mushrooms cup in half
    1 zucchini
    1 squash
    2 tbsp garlic sliced or grated
    2 tbsp olive oil (grease pan and in recipe)
    4 pats of salted butter cut in half
    2 tbsp no salt seasoning
    2 tbsp black pepper
    2 tbsp Italian seasoning ( no salt added)
    9 x 13 roasting pan

Directions

mix all together, put on oiled baking pan, cover with foil,(put holes in foil for stream and cook for 1 hr until vegetables are tender..
